We love Growing Smiles! Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists and providers are so nice. Bringing a 2 year old (and he’s been going since he was 4 months old!!) is not easy but they’re always so patient and kind with him. My only grievance is having to fill out the same exact patient form for every visit and nothing from previous visits pulling through. It feels like new patient paperwork every time which is time-consuming and can be difficult to complete when you’re with said 2 year old!

Our first experience with Growing Smiles was amazing! The building is beautiful, very child friendly. The staff was amazing as well! Very calm and patient. Loved them and plan on using them moving forward.

Everyone at Growing Smiles was extremely friendly from the moment we walked in the door. My son has previously been very scared of the dentist and left saying he had fun! Highly recommend this office! They were thorough, patient and super kind!

My two year old had her first dentist appt yesterday, and the staff at Growing Smiles were phenomenal! They made it so comfortable for my daughter and I - kind, patient, understanding, and made the experience a good one for both of us! They have a kids corner for my daughter ti play while we waited. Then once back, they showed her around the office, and introduced her to the big chair! She wasn’t too keen on lying back in it, so they pulled out a board that went on top of my knees and the staff knees so my daughter could lay back and still see me and hold my hands. After her cleaning, she was able to pick a prize from the huge selection of prizes! It was a very wonderful experience!

We couldn't be happier with our experiences at Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry! Finding a dentist that children actually look forward to visiting is no small feat, but Dr. Meggan McCone and her entire team have truly mastered it. From the moment you enter the office, the atmosphere is welcoming and perfectly designed to put kids at ease. Dr. McCone is exceptionally patient, kind, and professional. She takes the time to explain every step of the process in a way that was easy for our daughters to understand, and makes the entire experience "fun" for them. The entire staff is always so kind and welcoming, the office is clean and modern, and it is clear that they genuinely care about the child’s comfort and experience. If you are in the West Michigan area and looking for top-tier pediatric care, we cannot recommend Dr. McCone and Growing Smiles enough.

Today was the first visit for my 9 year old who has an AU/ADHD diagnosis. We have been to a dentist routinely, every 6 months, starting at the age of 3.However, they were never able to do any type of cleaning with him. They were a nice office, but we decided to switch to Growing Smiles to see what they had to offer. For the first time since he startes going to the dentist - he allowed Ms. Kelsey to do a full cleaning AND x-rays (with few verbal protests, which is almost inevitable with him 😄). Kelsey was seriously the best! She asked my son what he felt like the problem was, they identified the emotion and then made a plan to be partners and communicate as they went on, step by step. They set a great boundary and expectations. She took the time to go through all the tools (verbally explaining, then showing him in his hand and then in his mouth). She also brought him a sensory stick which worked incredible. I couldn't be more thankful for Ms. Daphne, Ms. Keslsy, as well as the front receptionist. She was also incrediblely helpful and got us in almost an hour early. Both Daphine and Kelsley listened to how we work with my son and they were able to immediately implement that and everything was so smooth. I was at shock a few times to be sitting there watching he allow everything. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a medical office in a long time. Thanks Growing Smiles! 😃

First of all, the office is immaculate and completely kid centered, from toys and movies, to iPads and toy boxes. The fun environment takes away the fear associated with dental work. My son had to undergo anesthesia to do some difficult work that was hard for a 3 year old to sit still for. While I was anxious for the procedure, I’m glad we did it with them. Everyone was really great to work with and it went off without a hitch. This is definitely the place to go for great pediatric dentistry.
